Marrickville Art Deco House - Reconfiguration and renovation

A clients investment property that was made up of a warren of small hard to utilise living spaces.

Walls were removed footings were stablised and a better floorplan was designed for the house. A new ensuite was created for the master bedroom and a main bathroom incorporating a hidden laundry were instated, whilst the living area was opened up and huge glass sliding doors were installed to brighten up the house.
